Pendulee brings a decade of experience in exhibit and public art design to the story you’re trying to tell.
Our studio built a reputation for crafting immersive exhibitions, large-scale murals, and creative brand experiences for cultural institutions, businesses, and communities.
Over the years, our team has collaborated with dozens of museums, art centers, and local organizations to bring stories to life through space, design, and narrative. We continue to partner with forward-thinking, art-first municipalities, to design work that is both visually striking and deeply meaningful.
Pendulee is movement and balance—like the swing of a pendulum—carrying our project forward with steadiness and creativity. By dictionary definition, Pendulee means nothing; by our definition, it’s everything we’re about to create together.

Meet the Team
Cashmere, Creative Director & Owner
Cashmere Morley (she/her) is an award-winning graphic designer and writer dedicated to making art and culture accessible, engaging, and relevant. Since founding her Michigan-based design agency in 2016, she has collaborated with museums and cultural institutions across the country, creating exhibitions and public art projects that invite curiosity, connection, and learning.
A graduate of Eastern Michigan University with degrees in both graphic design and journalism, Morley brings a storyteller’s eye to every space she designs. In addition to her design work, she continues to write for newspapers and community publications, grounding her practice in research, narrative, and lived experience.
Since 2024, Morley has volunteered with the Independent Museum Professionals in multiple roles and now serves on its board, where she is focused on expanding IMP’s reach and strengthening its support for independent museum professionals and the broader museum field.
Outside of her professional work, Morley enjoys playing guitar and piano and brewing a good pot of tea.
Rachel, Brand Storyteller & Social Media Expert
Rachel Brauer (she/her) is a seasoned Marketing & Communications professional with 10+ years of experience working in the nonprofit sector.
During her tenure, she has become versed in the ever-evolving world of marketing, communications, and community building while centering inclusivity and accessibility. Using her passion for storytelling and amplifying the voices of those marginalized by systems, Rachel has a proven track record of devising and implementing lucrative marketing strategies that lead to organizational growth and positive outcomes.
Armed with a degree from Michigan State University, Rachel has worked at the University of Michigan Health’s Adolescent Health Initiative and the National Institute of Health-funded Adolescent Medicine Trials for HIV Prevention.
In her free time, Rachel loves to watch tv series with her cat Bayla and crochet.
